Our services make achieving your dream room easy. By signing up for our design service, you will receive two FREE consultations. Here is a step by step of how the process works:
Step 1: The first step is signing up. You may sign up in-store or over the phone by filling out a lead form with an employee. You may also leave your information in the form below and expect to hear back from us shortly.
* Please note that by signing up for our interior design program you are not obligated to purchase anything. There are no hidden fees! *
Step 2: After you have signed up, you will be contacted by a design coordinator to schedule two free consultations at your earliest convenience. The two consultations are as follows:
AT-HOME CONSULTATION – For your first consultation, you will be scheduled for an AT-HOME visit with one of interior designers. During this at home consult, the interior designer will take measurements, pictures and discuss the room which you would like to design.
+ This consultation will take approximately 30-60 minutes.
IN-STORE CONSULTATION – For your second consultation, you will be scheduled for an IN-STORE appointment at the Kimmberly Capone Interior Design Showroom located in Yorkdale Mall. During this in-store consultation, you will meet with your assigned designer to review 3-D renderings, floor plans, textile choices and furniture selections for your designated room.
+ This consultation will take 2-3 hours long, depending on your individual needs.
3. Once you are happy with the design and choose to proceed, the interior designer will discuss your next steps, including the installation process.
In addition to our design service, you have the option of opting into our accessory program. This program offers an opportunity for the designers to bring an array of accessories that they feel will compliment the client’s space and concept to their home. This allows the client to see their room completely furnished. Following the final reveal, they are given two options on the day of the install:
1. Keep all product as is
2. Pick and Choose items to keep/send back
